Y architecture was established from my passion for creating practical, affordable , “sustainable” yet beautiful residential spaces.
Having had more than 15 years experience designing buildings from high rise apartments to one off luxury houses. I found my passion in helping clients to custom-designed houses and extensions. It is a joy working with families and clients who wish to design and build their forever homes.
Living in the Inner West of Melbourne, I love the connections with the local community and I understand their needs and requirements. I also have deep understanding and respect of the local heritage fabric. I aspire to improve these beautiful old buildings, using passive solar design principles to create more comfortable and functional spaces that suit each occupant’s modern life style.
With the development and improvement of building science, I am also interested to design “high performance” homes that are more energy-efficient , healthy and comfortable to live in.
